Shipping Policy

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hrs of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Mon-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM PST) & Sat (8:00AM-12:00PM PST) excluding holidays.

 

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-4 days for delivery. If you need your order expedited, please contact us @ jujuhairco@gmail.com for a quote, and your email will typically be answered within 1 hr.

 

International orders are also shipped USPS and typically takes 5-10 days for delivery. At checkout $15.00 will be added to the balance of your order.

 

JuJu Hair Co STRONGLY suggests that you add the option for shipping insurance once you place your order. While we rarely have incidents with our packages, it is always better to be safe than sorry. Once the package has been shipped and we have provided you with a tracking number, responsiblty is left out of our hands, unless you have paid for shipping insurance. Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy.
