Shipping/Return Policy
Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hrs of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Mon-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM PST) & Sat (8:00AM-12:00PM PST) excluding holidays.
NOTE: Overnight orders must be entered before 12pm PST
All orders are shipped USPS Flat Rate, which takes 3-5 days for delivery, once payment clears. International orders are also shipped USPS and typically takes 5-10 days for delivery.
Return Policy JuJu Hair Co is proud
to offer a (3) day return or exchange policy on all items that have not
been altered. You will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Please take into consideration the following issues that will disqualify you for a refund.

2. Rips or Tears in the Lace
3. Chemicals on the Unit
4. Glue or Tape on Unit
5. Products on the Unit
6. Wash or Condition Unit
7. Dyeing the Unit
8. Perming or putting Relaxer on Unit
9. Any alteration to Extensions
