Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hrs of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Mon-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM PST) excluding holidays.
NOTE: Overnight orders must be entered before 12pm PST
All orders are shipped USPS Flat Rate, which takes 3-5 days for delivery, once payment clears. International orders are also shipped USPS and typically takes 5-10 days for delivery.
Return Policy

JuJu Hair Co is proud to offer a (3) day return or exchange policy on all items that have not been altered. You will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within (3) days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the return. We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. The bundle must be intact, and co-washed only. Once the hair is installed, or altered, other than the cowash, the guarantee is void. JuJu Hair Company is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.
All exchanges and refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and require original packaging with bundles intact.
