Shipping Policy

At JuJu Hair Company we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Orders ship within 2-3 business days from your order date.  

During major sales and promotions, orders may take 7-10 business days for to process, as the volume is most likely Pre-Order, due to volume size. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

IF THERE IS AN ERROR ON OUR END

JuJu Hair must be notified within 3 days of delivery date.

  • Merchandise must be in original condition.

  • We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way.

  • Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.

Once your item(s) have been received at our corporate office it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Your refund should appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
