Order Processing
JUJU HAIR COMPANY will only ship to address were the BILLING & SHIPPING MUST MATCH, NO EXCEPTIONS! Due to an increase in fraudulent purchases, we are not able to change or switch addresses under any circumstances. The billing and shipping address must match in order to avoid any potential fraudulent activity.
Shipping
Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 2-4 days for delivery once the order has left our facility. International orders are shipped via USPS International which takes approximately 7-10 days once the order has left our facility. All orders are shipped insured with signature confirmation.
JUJU HAIR COMPANY is not responsible for any delivery or carrier delays. We rely on the shipping carrier to deliver your item on time. We do not offer reimbursement for missed hair appointments because of delayed shipments on the part of the carrier.
We are fully operational and fulfilling your orders and inquiries as per normal however we wish to inform you on some delays to our processing times:
ORDER PROCESSING *BEFORE DISPATCH* IS NOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
AFTER WHICH, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION WITH TRACKING.
Order Shipping Time (expected delivery, after your shipment confirmation email has been sent):
- United States: 3-7 business days
UPDATE AS AT APRIL 24, 2020: There have been delays in transit times as a result of staffing challenges at our fulfillment center in California. We are seeing intermittent capacity constraints from carriers, and thus some carriers are running behind even after pickup. As a result, you may see some delays in your tracking updates even after the packages have been picked up from our center.
The current COVID-19 situation has affected order processing times resulting in some delays. Some of you have received your orders in record time, and some have had their shipping time impacted. Please be patient, we are working hard to ship your order ASAP
We do NOT provide guaranteed delivery dates, therefore we are not responsible for booked hair appointments.
NOTE: DURING HUGE SALE EVENTS (ie Black Friday, Super Discounts,etc) Normal processing & shipping times will be delayed, due to the increase in volume...but don't fret, your items will ship! Just bear with us!
Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 7 days of the ship date received. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, uncut, or altered in any way. We do not do refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. When returning, we recommend using a traceable service, such as USPS/UPS/FEDEX. Please also remember that you are responsible for return shipping charges.
1. The hair and bundle must be intact, The hair cannot be altered in any way. The hair cannot be cut, colored or processed, or it voids any exchanges.
2. The hair cannot be shipped back damp or wet, or it will void the exchange.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, you have 24hrs to cancel.
